Fixing the Migration System
Australia’s migration system is broken — overcrowded cities, worker exploitation, and unfair treatment of refugees. The All Australians Alliance will fix it with a fair and balanced approach:
• Cap migration numbers – match intake to housing, infrastructure, and job availability.
• Skilled migration first – prioritise workers Australia needs (health, construction, aged care, regional jobs).
• Stop exploitation – crack down on dodgy labour hire, visa scams, and wage theft.
• Fair go for refugees – humane processing, safe pathways, and proper support for those fleeing war.
• Stronger regional focus – encourage settlement in areas that need workers and population growth.
